As the name implies, this type of Sekt is a singularity, which requires a
special philosophy and deliberation. Not only people can have different traits,
but also every type of grape develops its own character. For example fortitude,
straightforwardness, dynamism, moreover finesse, wit and playfulness. All these
traits don't change much as time passes, neither for people nor for sparkling
wines.
This speciality shall mirror our daughter's, Lisa's and Carolin's, traits.
Private Cuvèe Caro-Li consists of many different basic wines. After tasting a
lot of them, our winemaker and father of Lisa and Carolin, came up with exactly
this Private Cuvèe Caro-Li. Only with a good sense of smell all different fruit
flavours can be found out. These interesting nuances are underlined in a lovely
way. Frangrances of flours and lots of fruits are thought-provoking. By regarding
this creation, the Caro-Li Sekt seems to become lively, just like fine pearls
which try to reach the endless space.
