Sparkling Wine
| | Series
Esprit By
introducing this series the continuance of the pioneering spirit in the Stengel
family should be emphasized. A natural product, which is predefined every year
anew by the nature, can resp. should just be formed by us, not changed. By observing
and tasting these products we are steadily able to find out the new presents of
nature.
Gellmersbacher Dezberg Lemberger Cremant Blanc de noires
With this creation our winemaker, in corporation with the winery owners
of our association of wine farmers, has succeeded to press a white wine out of
fully ripe Lemberger grapes. Although there's basically nothing new about it,
due to the fact that champagne is also made partly from red types of grapes, the
varieties of red wines in those regions are not as vividly coloured as our Lemberger.
Therefore this sparking wine has to be considered as a rarity, because
only 15% of each harvest yields white wine. It reflects the value of an exceptional
kind of Sekt-speciality glass by glass.
Being a wine expert you can both
catch the delicate flavour nuances of berries and fruits, just typical for a Lemberger.
Moreover, this one is finer and rosier than the normal ones. Like flavour, like
character: gently, tongue-animating, almost citrus-like, but nevertheless with
a certain fine bitter foundation. Crystalline-charming gas bubbles indulge your
tongue inspiringly.
Tip: A challenge and a must-do for all experts of
sparkling wines. | | | | «
