Sekt Specialities
Gellmersbacher Dezberg Lemberger Sekt dry To masterly refine
the Lemberger, the queen of all types of grapes in Württemberg, and to turn it
into a sparkling experience is an enormous challenge. A powerful, fruity taste
serves as the basis of this speciality. The mousse benefits the currant flavour
in a very fine-pearly way. A slight residual sweetness tops off the taste.
Tip:
Excellently served with deer stew with yellow boletuses.
Gellmersbacher
Dezberg Lemberger Sekt brut This type of Sekt is similar to the one
with residual sweetness in the dry version. In contrast to its dry equivalent
this one generates a more distinctive Lemberger taste.
Tip: definitely
a Sekt for our male customers, perfectly for ringing in the evening.
Gellmersbacher
Dezberg Spätburgunder Blanc de Noir brut From red Burgunder grapes
I produced a bright, almost white wine. Tannin is hardly noticeably; in return
it presents a tender, nutty fragrance. In spite of its brut character this Stengel-Sekt
gives a soft and rounded impression.
Tip: Served with mild fish or fruit
salad with bananas. | | | | «
