Wine Sekt Specialities
Gellmersbacher Dezberg Lemberger Rosé Wine Sekt dry With
this Rosé Wine Sekt the Lemberger grape reveals once more its enormous potential.
Although it is not as effectual as his red equivalent, it still contains a certain
volume. Besides its clearly berry fragrance this one is accompanied by some light
scent of roses. The residual sweetness provides it a mild and soft finish.
Tip: A sparkling experience for all occasions.
Gellmersbacher
Dezberg Lemberger Rosé Wine Sekt brut Compared to the composition
and refinement this type of Sekt is quite similar to the dry version. Nevertheless
the residual sweetness is hardly noticeable.
Tip: An absolute necessity
for all lovers of brut Rosé Wine Sekts.
Gellmersbacher Dezberg Muskat
Trollinger Rosé Wine sekt dry This one is, not only according to its
demand, one of our favourite sparkling Stengel-Wines. This type of Sekt has already
taken two times 1st place in the highest German awards. That is definitely something
that happens very rarely and is evidence of the winemaker's magnificent knack. This
type of grape contains a high degree of potential, which must be awakened. Its
strong fruit flavour combined with freshness of its Trollinger component is almost
unique. The paired residual sweetness is all in all absolutely essential for
the whole taste. The fine mousse ensnares your tongue carefully and sharpens your
senses.
Tip: The surprise desert served at 8-9°C after a felicitous meal.
At this point we want to give thanks to our senior
chief Otto Stengel († Okt. 2000) for his untiring effort and pioneering
spirit. Due to him our family could cultivate all these types of grapes.
His steady effort especially for the Muskat grapes on and in Stengels’ wine
yards and cellars have lead to the present speciality of this type of grapes. |
