White wines

Riesling:
Germany's most demanding and famous grape variety. On the heavy deep-founded
soils of our vineyards thrives and prospers a wine full of class and
elegance. The spicy acid and fine fruit convey freshness and vitality.
Our recommendation: have this wine accompany fish dishes, mussels
and oysters.
Kerner: This wine is named after Weinberg's most famous doctor
and poet Justinus Kerner. The crossing of the grape varieties Trollinger
and Riesling originates from the academy for oenology located in Weinsberg.
The wines made from this spicy grape impress by their fruitiness and
elegance. The delicate acid has been inherited from the Riesling.
Our recommendation: light meat dishes, e. g. poultry (the wine may
also be used to finish the sauce).
Müller Thurgau: Light spicy white wines with an inspiring scent
are the brand of these wines.
Schwarzriesling: A member of the Burgundy species. A glowing
red colour, harmony and mildness are reflected in these wines. From
this variety, fine mild rosé wines are extracted by way of early pressing.
Our recommendation: drink with roast hare dishes. |
